BioArctic is an organization with strong values of commitment, collaboration and responsibility. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of integrity and ethics. We are dedicated to ensuring that irregularities that might seriously damage the company or our employees should be drawn to attention and investigated as early as possible. This requires not only that every employee knows and follows the Code of Conduct and our policies, but that every employee feels empowered to speak up and/or report violations or instances of non-compliance.
Our Whistleblowing service
BioArctic is committed to a working place characterized by open, honest communications. As an employee, we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your manager or HR in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use the Whistleblowing service.
The whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner 2Secure to ensure anonymity. BioArctic commits to performing a prompt investigation of any alleged violation and takes appropriate corrective and/or disciplinary action. If you voice your concern in good faith, there will be no retaliation taken against you.
Please note that only persons with work-related activities connected to BioArctic’s operations are covered by the protections in whistleblowing legislation. Read more HERE.
To make a report
Reports can be submitted via 2Secure’s website wb.2secure.se or by calling +46 (0)771 77 99 77. You can choose to be anonymous on both reporting channels.
Use the company code CVG820 to identify that the report concerns BioArctic.
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique file number. After 7 business days, use your file number and password to check your report for feedback or questions. For more information on the handling of reported cases, read more HERE.
Do not use this site to report side effects or product complaints. Such information should be sent to medinfo@bioarctic.com for proper handling.
In addition to reporting to BioArctic’s internal whistleblower channel, you can also report to a competent authority in a specific area of responsibility or to any of the EU institutions, bodies and agencies – complete list can be found HERE. Even when reporting externally, you are entitled to protection under the Act (2021:890) on the protection of persons reporting misconduct.
